Our journey began in 2007, in a small kitchen where we experimented with traditional recipes and fresh local ingredients. As word spread about our delicious dishes and warm atmosphere, we quickly became a favorite among food lovers in the community.

New dual-brand site opens with both Hot Restaurant and Hawi Lahem branches serving the north. 

August 2024

Amman, Jordan – Radio and TV Street

Second Hot Chicken branch opens to meet rising demand.

  Opening of the first Hot Chicken branch, bringing bold and spicy flavors.

Amman, Jordan – Al-Moqabalin 

Launch of the first Hawi Lahem branch, focused on grilled meats.

Second Hot Restaurant branch in Egypt, expanding our presence in the capital.

Founder & Culinary Director

Basem Alajouri is the creative heart of Hot Restaurant Group. With deep roots in Jordanian culinary traditions, he has shaped the soul of the brand through flavorful innovation and an unwavering passion for food. Since opening the first branch in 2007, Basem has led the kitchen with purpose, bringing cultural authenticity and taste excellence to every plate.

Emad Alajore
Co-Founder & Strategic Director

is the strategic force behind the group's growth and success. With a strong background in operations and business development, he played a crucial role in transforming a single-location restaurant into a multi-brand, regional food enterprise. Their vision and leadership continue to guide Hot Restaurant’s journey into the future.

Morad Alajore

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

As CEO of Hot Restaurant Group, Morad brings leadership, strategy, and a deep understanding of the food and hospitality industry. With a sharp business vision and a people-first mindset, he has played a key role in expanding the group across Jordan and into international markets. Morad believes in continuous innovation, operational excellence, and maintaining the warmth and authenticity that define the Hot Restaurant experience.

Operations Manager
